At our dojo, we focus on training individuals to handle conflicts with a clear mind and emotional stability. Our training emphasizes recognizing the stages of escalation in a conflict and responding with balance and physical fitness. We engage in intense physical exercises, both individually and with partners, while firmly rejecting the idea of becoming a 'fighting machine.' Our approach is rooted in maintaining social responsibility and ensuring that our techniques do not promote violence. Instead, we aim to neutralize attacks while protecting ourselves and others, embodying the art of peace.
