About Us

JMA Training is a personal training service led by Jan Markus Adams. The dojo offers customized full-body training that adapts to individual goals and constitution. They also provide ayurvedic and vegan nutrition counseling upon request. The training concept focuses on strengthening individuals' self-realization and self-efficacy through holistic and sustainable methods, including bodyweight training, calisthenics, yoga, and vyayam. The team works together to create a respectful and motivating atmosphere, fostering more strength and joy in life.
