About Us
The dojo, known as Sportschule Mainz City, is a family-run martial arts school located in the heart of Mainz. It offers traditional Taekwon-Do classes for all ages, from children as young as 2 to seniors over 60. The school emphasizes a values-oriented approach to martial arts, providing training in self-defense, fitness, and discipline. Classes are led by qualified instructors and cater to beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
