About Us
The dojo focuses on promoting vitality and joy through relaxation, offering practices in Qi Gong and Taiji, which are traditional Chinese movement arts. These practices have been used for thousands of years to maintain physical and mental vitality. Qi Gong serves as the foundation for Taiji, which is an internal martial art that emphasizes partner exercises. Both styles enhance physical and mental performance by reducing stress-related tension and replenishing energy. Classes are conducted in small groups to ensure individual attention, and they incorporate principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to support participants' health.
