Sports and karate school Stassfurt

The Sport- and Karateschule Staßfurt e.V. is a school for traditional Japanese Karate and physical fitness. It offers various classes and training programs for different age groups and fitness levels, including Karate, Kindersport, Yoga, Zumba, and Seniorensport. The school aims to foster physical and mental well-being, self-discipline, and social responsibility among its members. It also offers additional programs such as Bauch Beine Po, Budomotion, CARDIOFIT, and Langhanteltraining for adults and children. The school is a family-friendly sports club, a Budomotion – Sport Pro Gesundheit center, and a Landesleistungstützpunkt (regional strength center).
