The dojo, known as OWCO, was founded in 2006 with the goal of spreading the art of Wing Chun and creative self-defense in the region. The style of Wing Chun is based on the legendary style of Ip Man, whose most famous student was Bruce Lee. The OWCO is led by Sifu Robert Peschke, who took over from his father, Sifu Hardy Peschke, following a traditional handover. Sifu Robert Peschke has extensive knowledge of martial arts, including Wing Chun, and has been training since he was seven years old. The dojo offers group and individual training, physical and mental fitness, and self-defense techniques, as well as the opportunity to learn the stock fighting system of Escrima/Arnis. Members of the Masterclass can gain access to advanced knowledge of martial arts and receive training in leadership and organization.
