Sports School Stralsund

Welcome to the Sports School Stralsund, where passion and safety meet. Our school was founded out of a dedication to martial arts and awareness of the growing uncertainties in society. We focus on imparting values, self-confidence, body awareness, and the ability to recognize, avoid, or manage dangers. We are particularly proud of our Junior Heroes program, which teaches young people discipline, politeness, respect, and concentration. Our training is designed to be fun and successful, helping you learn individual defense techniques while improving your physical fitness.
