About Us
Wing Fight is our contemporary evolution of the martial art Wing Chun. Instead of rigid techniques, you train core skills, situational drills, and stress scenarios so that every movement works under pressure. You benefit from three core advantages: effectively reacting to unplanned attacks of all kinds, managing stress and anxiety directly in training, and improving fitness through pad training and sparring. The training takes place in an open, supportive group that pushes each other. After just a few weeks, you will feel more security, presence, and balance – in the training room and in everyday life. What makes Wing Fight unique? Realistic training scenarios that happen outside: no show attacks, no choreography. You learn to maintain overview under adrenaline and instinctively act correctly.
