The Source of the Young Forest of Corinth is a traditional martial arts school founded in 2007, dedicated to authentic Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan. Since 2017 it has operated as a recognized Athletic Cultural Association under the Greek General Secretariat of Sports. Training draws directly from Shaolin monasteries and distinguished masters in China, offering both external and internal martial arts, including Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Xing Yi, Rou Quan, and Qi Gong. The school emphasizes harmony of body and mind, discipline, and holistic health through group practice, dynamic conditioning, and energy-based exercises. Programs are available for children, teens, and adults, guided by instructor Christos Panagopoulos, a 34th-generation Shaolin disciple. With modern facilities in Corinth, the dojo fosters inspiration, strength, and unity while preserving centuries-old traditions.
