Vanguard School

Vanguard School is a dedicated academy for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) in Larissa, offering training for adults, teens, and children. With 100 m² of tatami mats and modern facilities, the school provides a safe and supportive environment where athletes of all levels train together, build confidence, and grow both physically and mentally. Classes include Gi and No-Gi BJJ, grappling, and specialized children’s programs that emphasize discipline, respect, and self-defense. Led by instructor Michail Gerandreou, Vanguard School fosters a strong community spirit, encouraging teamwork and personal development.
