Palaístra

Founded in 2001, Palaistra is a martial arts and combat sports academy located at Mesogeion Avenue 452, Agia Paraskevi. The club promotes martial arts through values of fair play, respect, and athletic spirit. Training programs include Muay Thai (Thai Boxing), emphasizing powerful strikes and full-body conditioning; Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), focusing on ground fighting and submission techniques; and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), blending striking and grappling inspired by ancient Greek pankration. Led by coach Panagiotis Tselentis, a physiotherapist with extensive martial arts experience, Palaistra offers a safe, modern facility and professional guidance. The academy cultivates both mind and body, making martial arts accessible and beneficial for all ages.
