A.S. Iones is a long-standing martial arts club active in Nea Ionia and Nea Heraklion since 1999, with a strong record of national and international achievements. The school specializes in Taekwondo, Kickboxing, and Boxing, offering structured training for youth and adults. Founded by head coach Ilias Aspiotis, a multiple-time European Taekwondo champion and national Kickboxing champion, the club has consistently supplied athletes to Greece’s national teams for over 25 years. Training emphasizes discipline, safety, and performance, with opportunities for competition at all levels. With modern facilities and expert coaching, A.S.
