I am Professor Farofa, head instructor of Athens Center of Capoeira Corpo Fechado in the Katehaki area of Athens. With more than 19 years of experience in Capoeira, I specialize in helping kids and adults develop strength, rhythm, body awareness, and community connection through the art of Capoeira.

My teaching blends traditional movement, music, and acrobatics with a modern, inclusive approach that focuses on personal growth, teamwork, and confidence. Over the years, I have trained hundreds of students and helped build one of the most active Capoeira communities in Greece.

I continue to evolve as both an artist and educator, guiding students of all levels, from beginners to advanced, in an environment of safety, respect and a lot of axé!!!
