About Us
Master Lynne's Tae Kwon Do Academy offers a varied program throughout the year, with fitness and self-defense classes in 5 different locations. They cater to different age groups, with classes for Tigers (age 4-6), Juniors (age 8+), and Adults (15+). The classes aim to improve self-confidence, social skills, and overall fitness in a fun way. The Junior classes focus on kicking and punching while teaching balance, coordination, and self-defense skills.
