Traditional Shotokan Karate club led by experienced male & female 5th & 6th Dan instructors. Suitable for families - adults, youth & children age 7+. Chief Instructor (Hertfordshire) is ex-England International. Training promotes fitness, body awareness, co-ordination, balance, confidence & self-esteem.
