Blaze Martial Arts

Blaze Martial Arts is a family-run martial arts school and black belt academy with classes held in Windsor, Bracknell, Ascot (Sunninghill) and Wokingham. They offer a mixed martial art syllabus comprising of Kickboxing (Full Contact and Light Contact), Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Ju-Jitsu, Muay Thai Boxing, The Keysi Fighting Method, Self Defence and Reality-Based training. Their classes combine elements of all these different fighting styles giving students a far greater training experience than if they focused on just one style alone. The benefits to all members include weight loss, fat burn, core conditioning, cardiovascular development, increased energy & fitness, improved stamina, enhanced self-esteem and self-confidence, stress relief, and of course making new friends... all while developing life-enhancing skills and learning how to defend yourself.
