About Us
Integrity Martial Arts is one of the most friendly and supportive Martial Arts clubs in the Blandford, Bournemouth, Bridport, Dorchester and Poole areas. We also have some of the most experienced and respected coaches and instructors. So if you want to learn Taekwondo, Kickboxing or Self protection then get in touch. Our age range is from 6yrs upwards and we always offer free one hour trial lessons. If you live in Bournemouth then we can also offer a free 45min 1-2-1 session to get you started. We look forward to getting you fit, strong, confident, healthy and safe.
