Children learn the very basics of karate with added activities to develop co-ordination, balance and focus.

Children and Adult Kyu Grade Classes.
Our Kyu grade karate class is for 8 years+
Parents are more than welcome to join in with children, which is becoming increasingly popular. During this class, you will start learning the lower grade Syllabus whilst paying more attention to the basics. Here we will focus on good stances and learning Kata which is essential to karate, which you will need to progress through the grading system. Students will also learn to fight safely and defend themselves.
