The dojo teaches Tai Chi and Qi Gong, which can calm the mind and increase the mind-body connection through a moving meditation. This practice improves physical balance, which then translates to mental balance, helping individuals develop a calm and centered approach to life. The dojo also teaches a type of strength that comes from releasing stress and tension in the body through stretching the muscle fascia, which is helpful for people of all ages and backgrounds, including senior generations and martial artists. The Elemental Tai Chi System is designed to regulate blood pressure, increase circulation, and pump the lymphatic system, all while exercising without exercising, promoting internal fitness and overall well-being.
