About Us

Qigong is a system of coordinated movements that inspired Tai Chi. It combines easy, slow movement with rhythmic breathing and visualization to obtain total wellbeing and self-awareness. Regular practice brings about a deep strengthening effect for the whole body. Qigong is easy to learn and follow, improving physical and mental fitness, posture, balance, stamina, flexibility, and calming the mind. No previous experience is necessary.
