Tora Kai Combative Aikido

**Tora Kai Combative Aikido and Karate** is a full-time Japanese dojo based in Poole, dedicated to traditional martial arts practice. Founded by Hanshi Ken Stronach and led locally by Shihan Jim Miller, the dojo offers training in Karate, Aikido, and Japanese Sword arts for adults and children of all levels. With an emphasis on discipline, respect, and self‑development, students build fitness, confidence, and practical self‑defence skills in a safe, welcoming environment. The dojo promotes perseverance, honour, and integrity, encouraging members to grow both on and off the mats while embracing martial arts as a lifelong journey.
