About Us
ZKS Martial Arts offers expert-led classes in Aylesbury for kids, teens, and adults. We teach karate, kickboxing, judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and self-defence in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. Our programs start at age 3 and include SEN-friendly classes through Adaptive ZKSMA. Teens and adults can also train in Havoc BJJ, our dedicated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission grappling program focused on personal growth and real-world skills. With over 60 sessions weekly and experienced instructors, ZKS helps students build fitness, focus, and confidence at every stage.
