Burnham (Slough) Karate Club

Thames Valley Shotokan Karate (TVSK) teaches the traditional Japanese martial art of Shotokan Karate in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. The classes are run by experienced instructors Richard Hughes and Richard Wilson, who have over 30 years of experience in martial arts and are DBS checked and trained in first aid. TVSK's karate lessons can help improve your fitness, flexibility, self confidence, self discipline and reduce stress, as well as teaching you self defence in a structured and friendly class. They welcome men, women and children over 8 years old, and accept 6 and 7 year olds if a parent trains as well. They offer classes in various locations, including Ashford, Burnham, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Windsor and Woodley. TVSK teaches the Shotokan style, which is a traditional Japanese martial art that emphasizes discipline, self-control, and respect for others.
