Tonbo Aikido

Tonbo Aikido Cambridge. The Traditional Japanese Martial Art of Aikido in the Iwama style. This is powerful & precise Aikido as passed down by Saito Morihiro Shihan, direct student of O-Sensei. Both body arts and weapons are trained.
Complementary Arts and Wellbeing are also actively promoted, with Yoga, Stretching and Meditation synergising with the Aikido.
