Ely, TISKA Shotokan, Karate Club

A Traditional Shotokan Karate Club, with a nice family atmosphere and experienced instructors who have been teaching in Ely for over 13 years.

Classes cater from four years of age up to an adult level, either as a beginner or a student with some experience.

In lessons you will find us practicing Kihon (Basics) Kumite (Sparring) and Kata (Patterns). As well as these three training areas we do focus on pad work and self defence sequences to give a rounded experience to students.

Shotokan Karate like lots of martial arts is perfect for building confidence, fitness and self discipline. So if you’ve always wanted to try or want your children to give it a go please feel free to contact the club.
