About Us
We provide Kickboxing classes suitable for the majority (7+ years). Using focus pads and strike shields beginners learn the techniques and enjoy a dynamic sport in a safe and friendly environment. All sparring/competition work is optional and taught separately to the main classes. Established 1996, Pro Martial Arts Schools offer the following classes: Mixed Kickboxing (7+ years)
We offer everybody a free introductory class as standard
