About Us
At Champs Jiu Jitsu, we offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for kids aged 7 to 16 and adults of all skill levels. Our sessions take place in the spacious main hall of the Houghton Regis Leisure Centre. Led by our head instructor, Dominik Zwierzynski, who brings over ten years of training and competition experience, students can expect high-quality instruction and a supportive environment.
