Red Dragon Karate Crewe

Red Dragon Karate is a traditional Shotokan Karate club based in Crewe, established in January 2017. The club focuses on three areas of training: Kihon (Basics), which are punches, kicks, blocks, and strikes; Kata (Forms), which are pre-determined patterns and sequences of moves; and Kumite (Sparring), which involves sparring with various levels of complexity as students progress through their grades. The club teaches traditional Shotokan Karate and enables students to practice and improve their techniques.
