Martial arts, yoga and fitness classes for all ages and abilities! From 4+.

Run by 2nd Degree Black Belt and YTT5oo hour Yoga instructor Chris Baird, D.C.M.A offer first-class martial arts and fitness training to the local community.

We hold weekly Self Defence, Kickboxing, Yoga and Fitness sessions in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere at our venue in Brislington.
