About Us
The Kai Shin Kai International Aikido Association offers Aikido training at the Milton Keynes Open University KSK Aikido Club. Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art that focuses on self-defense techniques using an opponent's energy against them. The club teaches various styles of Aikido, emphasizing fluid movements and the importance of harmony and balance. Training sessions are led by experienced instructors, including David Walford and Lillianne Novak, who hold Dan ranks and coaching certifications.
