About Us
Total Dojo teaches Krav Maga, a self-defence class designed for normal people. You don't need to have been in the army or be fit and strong like most self-defence classes. It's easy to learn but highly effective at the same time. The classes will teach you self-defence moves against the most common attacks, improving your physical abilities and teaching you new skills. With this, you'll feel prepared for any situation, giving your confidence a big boost. You'll learn how to handle real-world situations, dominate, neutralise and diffuse a threat as quickly as possible. Krav Maga provides a fantastic workout, including kicks, punches and other vigorous moves that will tone muscles and boost stamina.
