About Us
The Central Federation of Traditional Shotokan (CFTS) has been teaching students of all ages Shotokan Karate since its inception in 1994 and has clubs all over the Milton Keynes and Bedford areas. CFTS is based in Milton Keynes and Bedford, UK. The CFTS teaches Shotokan karate, which is a traditional style of karate originating from Japan. The club offers various training options and has a team of experienced instructors who teach students of all ages and skill levels.
