About Us
ZCHIWA is a school that teaches traditional Chinese martial arts, such as Tai Ji and Qigong, by a renowned Grandmaster Zhu. The school offers classes and workshops around Northern Ireland for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. The classes aim to improve physical and mental wellbeing while learning ancient exercises, techniques and philosophies.
