About Us
Rok-Ard Kickboxing is more of a family than a club. Launched in 2001 by Master Dave Vickers, Rok-Ard is now lead by Georgina Brown, 4th Dan with over 23 years kickboxing experience as well as Fight History and Teaching qualifications (PGCE).
Since the rebirth of Rok-Ard in 2020, the kickboxing family has grown along with the classes that we offer – from our all-inclusive Kickboxing lessons, Sparring class (to test your skills) or Kick-Ass-Cise (for fun filled fitness).
