Buxton Tai Chi is a small, friendly group specifically set up for those needing a safe space in which to relax and learn techniques to help with all kinds of issues; mental, emotional and physical. If you are looking for such a space do come and join us. New members can join at any time - just come along and one of the team will be there to welcome you. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art sometimes called 'meditation in motion'. It consists of a series of different postures that gently flow into each other in slow movements. One of the big benefits of Tai Chi is that it can significantly enhance the activity of our immune system. Although it looks gentle, it can be a surprisingly good workout!
