Mushin Jyuku Karate Club

Mushin Jyuku is a small and friendly karate club based in East Devon. It is run by Rob Selby, an experienced instructor and secondary school teacher, with assistance from his club senior, Tom Wilkins. The club specializes in authentic Wado Karate as taught by Sugasawa Sensei 7th Dan Renshi, the Chief Instructor of the Shikukai Karate-Do International association. The club's aim is to focus on the development of effective technique based on an understanding of Wado Karate principles. They offer regular lessons, membership of the English Karate Federation, and courses with other members of Shikukai Karate-Do International led by Sugasawa Sensei and his senior instructors.
