About Us
Mindful Body offers Tai Chi and Qigong classes that help individuals relax and experience the benefits of mindful movement in a supportive environment. They also provide Shiatsu treatments to rejuvenate the body and mind. The classes and treatments are led by Helen Holden, a qualified instructor with over 16 years of experience in Tai Chi and Shiatsu. She creates a supportive and purposeful atmosphere allowing her clients to experience the healing arts.
