About Us
Mindful Body is the home for classes and therapies provided by Helen Holden.
Helen is an experienced Tai Chi and Qigong instructor and offers classes in and around Plymouth. Mindful Body classes are supportive and inclusive, encouraging a sense of well-being and relaxation as we deepen the mind-body connection.
Helen is a registered Shiatsu Practitioner with over 15 years experience on the futon. Mindful Body Shiatsu provides a safe space to explore, heal and reconnect with yourself. Shiatsu is deeply relaxing and supports and strengthens the body’s natural ability to heal and balance itself.
