Newton Abbot Martial Arts

Newton Abbot Martial Arts (NAMA) is one of Devon’s longest‑running martial arts schools, founded in 1976 by Master Johnny Black VIII Degree, who first brought Taekwon‑Do to the area. Now led by Mr Colman‑Roberts, a long‑standing member of the school, NAMA continues its strong tradition of high‑quality training. The academy offers classes for all ages in Taekwon‑Do, Kickboxing, Boxing and the NAMA Ninjas programme for children aged 3–7, providing a welcoming environment focused on confidence, fitness and lifelong martial arts skills.
