Kanzen Karate HQ

Kanzen Karate is a registered charity in Scotland dedicated to improving lives through karate, physical activity, and education. Led by Chief Officer Roy O’Kane, Kanzen blends martial arts training with personal development and community engagement, using karate as a tool to support wellbeing, confidence, and lifelong learning. The organisation offers classes across Dundee, Broughty Ferry, and Angus, supported by a qualified instructor team and an active Board of Trustees. Beyond training, Kanzen runs community projects, partnerships with schools and charities, and participates in national and international karate events. With a strong focus on values, inclusion, and positive impact, Kanzen Karate provides a supportive environment for students of all ages to grow, learn, and thrive.
