About Us
The Nottingham School of Blackbelts is a martial arts academy that offers kickboxing classes for all abilities. It aims to improve fitness, confidence, and physical well-being for both children and adults. The academy is led by experienced instructors, Owen King and Peter Cope, who are both 4th and 5th-degree Blackbelts with over 25 years of martial arts experience each. They teach a variety of styles, including Judo, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Boxing, Kickboxing, Submission wrestling, Brazilian jiu jitsu, and Mixed Martial arts.
