Karate Hastings

Welcome to Taifu Okinawan Karate School, a family karate school established in 1993. They offer training and grading in several styles of karate including Goju Ryu and Uechi Ryu. Goju Ryu incorporates both hard and soft techniques, focusing on close quarter fighting. Uechi Ryu also utilizes both hard and soft techniques, emphasizing single knuckle punches and kicks. Additionally, they offer training in Okinawan Kobudo weaponry, starting with the Bo (six foot staff) for beginner students. The school trains at two locations: Blacklands Hall in Hastings and St Matthews Hall in St. Leonards-on-Sea.
