The Dojo, located at Cliffe Hall, Lewes, offers Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes. The classes are designed for individuals looking to boost their overall health, move with ease, breathe better, enhance balance, experience relaxation, and improve their body comfort. The classes focus on gentle movements to build health through relaxation and emphasize self-healing through mindful movement. The instructor, Brian, has 30 years of experience in practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gong and is a certified instructor with The Tai Chi Union of Great Britain. He teaches the core internal fundamentals of Tai Chi and Qi Gong, which are effective for building long-term health and are especially beneficial for people with back, shoulder, and spine issues. The classes are suitable for people of all ages who are generally fit and mobile.
