About Us
Martial Arts Karate & kickboxing Sama Southeast kids karate Currently runs children’s karate classes all over Sussex and Kent students range from as young as 3 years old, Our kid’s karate lessons are such great fun! New members are welcome anytime to attend any of our classes which are held straight after school, evening and weekends.
Kickboxing: Thinking of making a change! Want to get really fit, Lose weight and burn fat, Tone up & stay in top shape, Increase strength & muscle tone, Interested in competing or just want a great workout, Then take action NOW!
