Maru Karate Kai

Maru Karate Kai has been teaching Shindo-Ryu Karate-Do since 2009, focusing on building confidence, discipline, and physical activity in young people. Headed by Marc Grayston-hanshi, with support from Brad Grayston-hanshi, Sue Rose-shihan, and Harry Rose-renshi, the club provides structured karate classes for children and youth in a supportive environment. Governed by the Zen Eikoku Shindo-Ryu Karate-Do Renmei, all students are members of the Kodo Butoku Renmei, a worldwide martial arts organization. Proudly grant-funded by organizations such as Comic Relief, Children in Need, and the National Lottery Community Fund, Maru Karate Kai is also a member of Sported, promoting confidence and inclusion through sport.
