Meridian Kung Fu - Basildon is a martial arts school that has been building confidence and martial arts excellence in children and adults across Essex for over 25 years. They offer various programs for children and adults, including Wing Chun classes, that introduce traditional martial arts skills, build confidence, improve health & wellbeing, and give the ability to effectively defend self and family. The school is taught by experienced instructors, including Sifu Craig Paradise and Sifu Robbie Heidstra, who have dedicated their time to training and researching the Wing Chun system. Classes are held at different venues, including Fryerns Community Centre, Fryerns Baptist Church, and Basildon Sporting Village. The school aims to provide a fun and engaging learning environment while teaching effective self-defense methods.
