Essex Fight Academy

Essex Fight Academy is a gym and professional training team that offers various boxing classes and services. They have daily classes, 1-2-1 personal training, kids boxing development, and boxing events. The academy is run by two professional boxers, Ben Jones and Ellis Steward. They offer a kids boxing class every Saturday at 10am, led by Coach Barbs, and a controlled sparring and circuit session every Sunday with Victor Smith. The team also includes other professional trainers.
