Martial Arts Centre in Frinton. For age 3 to adult, Get Hyped is Tendring's premier K1 Kickboxing and MMA striking training centre. We offer group classes and one to one training in kickboxing, Dutch style Muay Thai, boxing, MMA, BJJ for self defence, strength and conditioning, and sparring. Experienced coaches, fully insured and DBS checked.

Whether you are looking to train for recreation, for fitness, to compete or just for fun, there are classes to suit every age and ability. Situated in The Triangle shopping Centre, our gym provides easy access with plenty of free parking available.

Our children's classes are a great way to develop your child's physical literacy starting at age 3 with our Super Heroes class.
