About Us
Welcome to The MMA Room, a friendly club in Saffron Walden, Essex, dedicated to providing a fun, clean, and safe environment for Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) enthusiasts. We offer a variety of training options, including K1 Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, No-Gi Submission Grappling, and full MMA. Our classes are designed to separate standing techniques from groundwork, and we also provide open gym sessions and sparring training. In addition, we host other martial arts clubs such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Aikido, and Judo, ensuring a comprehensive training experience for all martial arts lovers.
