About Us
NewLife Gym is an inclusive Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) gym based in Maryhill, Glasgow, Scotland. They offer classes for adults and youths, teaching various martial arts styles such as Boxing, Muay Thai/K1, Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Sparring, MMA, and Intro 2 MMA courses. They also have a women-only program, NewLife Ladies, which focuses on the sports aspect of Boxing & Kickboxing. Additionally, they provide sports therapy services to help people with musculoskeletal issues. Their goal is to create a warm and friendly environment where anyone can access training with no limitations.
